Stephanie is a seasoned criminal practitioner, having spent over 17 years representing clients from all backgrounds from celebrities, athletes, high net worth individuals, professionals to students and children. She prides herself in her unique approach to her cases and her ability to proactively conclude proceedings swiftly to the benefit of the client. She works tirelessly on all her cases and is always available to her clients, which allows her to develop a close and successful working relationship. Stephanie also acts for a number of vulnerable clients such as those with special educational needs and disabilities approaching cases with empathy and understanding. She's also developed an excellent reputation in regulatory work which has developed alongside her criminal practice as there’s often an overlap in the two areas.

Stephanie was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2006, before cross-qualifying to become a solicitor. She trained and worked at top ranked London criminal firms undertaking a full range of both general and business crime cases as a Solicitor and Higher Court Advocate. Prior to setting up Roe Lawyers, Stephanie's practice had largely become privately funded with cases being referred as a result of her well-deserved reputation as a top-class London solicitor.

 Abtahee graduated with a First in law from the University of West of England, Bristol with the Lord Templeman Scholarship and a Certificate of Excellence from the University of London. He was awarded a City Law School Bar Vocational Studies scholarship for the Bar Course and was Called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Gray's Inn in March 2024. 

 

Before joining Roe Lawyers, Abtahee dedicated his free time to Pro-Bono, spending a stint with Advocate as an Allocation Casework Volunteer, and with Support Through Court at their Royal Courts of Justice office as a Service Volunteer.

 Olivia graduated with an honour’s degree in History from Cardiff University and then completed an MA Law Conversion at the University of Law with distinction. She is currently studying the Bar Course and has secured a criminal pupillage beginning in October 2025.

Before joining Roe Lawyers, Olivia was elected to the salaried sabbatical post of  Athletic Union President, acting as a trustee and director of the Cardiff University Student Union.

Leonie is exceptionally experienced, having previously led a human resources team in a large, dynamic, multi-site organisation.

At Roe Lawyers, Leonie oversees our HR function and provides advice and assistance to employees and managers at all levels. She often calls upon her stellar knowledge and experience within the industry and within boutique practices. Leonie is a proactive and passionate professional. She has a genuine love of helping people, strong communication skills, positive energy and adopts a practical approach.

Fiona is an Executive Assistant for Roe Lawyers and has over 30 years’ experience working in high pressured environments such as the media, finance and legal sectors.

Fiona provides administrative support to our solicitors and understands the necessary rigour and precision required as part of a legal team. She's worked with the firm from its inception and continues to take pride in building excellent working relationships with clients and all members of staff.
